Daylighting Innovations collaborated with Architectural Energy Corporation and BCER Group in assisting the RNL Architects led design team in designing a new Cafeteria building for the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) campus in Golden, CO. Daylighting Innovations provided several detailed daylighting design reviews during the design development process, created design development level daylight models and ran annual simulations to help refine the glazing selections, placement, and solar control strategies. This project was started in 2010, and was completed and occupied in 2012.
